Common questions
What is the difference between keypad, card and biometric access control?
Keypads use a code, card readers use a card or tag, and biometric readers identify a person by a physical feature such as a fingerprint. Cards and biometrics are easier to manage when staff change, because access can be removed for one person without changing a shared code.
Can access control be added to an existing building?
In most cases, yes. We assess your doors, cabling and any existing system first, then recommend what is practical.
My card reader has stopped working. What should I do?
Call or WhatsApp us with a short description and, if possible, a photo of the reader. Common causes are power supply faults, cabling damage or a failed reader or controller.
